His son, Tony, followed in his footsteps, learning the trade from the ground up. Tony brought a fresh perspective and strong leadership, helping the business grow while staying true to our family's core values of integrity, quality, and hard work.

Today, the third generation—Matthew and Joe—are carrying the torch. Just talking to him on the phone made me feel better about the situation, and he worked around my schedule to come inspect it ASAP. "Our experience with ARC Construction was great. My parents have a twin home with a stucco balcony in the rear that spans both properties. The balcony developed leaks and suffered significant water damage that was starting to extend inside the house. We really needed to get it fixed before the winter rains. Tony quickly gave us a quote and was ready to start right away. He was not put off by having to deal with 2 homeowners. Juan and his crews did a fabulous job restoring the balcony. When I pointed out some minor wall damage on the interior due to the construction, they quickly repaired it and matched the paint beautifully."

All of the fans, while extremely annoying were placed and taped down so no tripping over cords. After listening to fans for days, we were anxious to get the repair done. Tony is meticulous with his drywall repair which we love. My husband is super picky and sees every detail. He made the process as painless as possible and repaired the walls, floorboards, etc super fast."

"They didn't charge anything extra. I didn't end up using them for the job. When I made the arrangement I thought they were going to come out and tell me they could fix it up and put it back together and it might cost me a bit extra but it wasn't going to be a big deal. But when they came out I found out it was going to be quite a big deal. It seemed like a small job and I had another relationship with someone who could do the work so I went with them. Description of Work: OC Home Repair came out in September to tear up some boards to get an idea of how bad the wood rot damage was."
